Ensure the lens boxes are unopened, seal-intact, and placed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the items back to our international distribution center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
