Do I need a prescription to order Desio contact lenses?
While we offer both plano (non-prescription) and power lenses, we strongly recommend consulting an eye care professional before purchase to ensure the base curve and diameter are suitable for your eyes.
How long do Desio contact lenses last?
Most Desio collections are designed as quarterly lenses, meaning they can be worn for up to 3 months after opening the blister pack, provided they are cleaned and stored correctly every day.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide via express couriers. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times in your country.
Can I return or exchange my lenses if I don't like the color?
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed boxes within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or tried on.
